There's also the world's most beautiful city, and the world's friendliest cities. Now, the results are in for the Economist Intelligence Unit's "Global Liveability Report," which provides scores for lifestyle challenges in 140 cities worldwide. And no, it's not a particularly strong case of deja vu that you're experiencing: The top 10 this year mirror last year's rankings. The researchers do note, however, that there have been some significant changes further down the list, specifically with cities in the U.S. and the U.K., which slipped due to civil unrest and fears over terrorism.
